The concierge, flat fee plan covers a year’s worth of appointments and direct access to your healthcare provider via messaging in our portal.
The cost of the plan can be paid in full or broken down into quarterly or monthly payments.
We accept payments via cash, check, HSA accounts, credit cards, ACH payments.
Payments can be made in person, online, or by mail.
A personalized payment plan will be arranged upon your enrollment in a plan.
We do not accept insurance, however, we will work with you provide the information and documentation needed to maximize your insurance benefits.
